Conferences:
In 2018 the Association for Childhood Education International (ACEI), an education organization at Kutztown University, will be attending the Clute International Conference on Education held in Washington, D.C. at the Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport. ACEI officers will be speaking about the Alaska Distance Intervention Program. The presentation "Teaching Beyond The Blackboard- Tutoring Students in Bush Alaska" will highlight the benefits the program has on both teacher candidates and Alaskan students. The main goal of the presentation is to represent the program, and Kutztown University on a global platform.
About the Conference:
The Clute International Conference on Education (CEI) is hosted in 5 locations in 2018, and 1 in 2019. The goal of the conference is to bring together faculty and adminstration from all levels of education across the world. The conference encourages a cross-disciplinary exchange of thoughts , ideas, and innovation through a variety of teaching methods and perspectives. The conference is a platform for those presenting and attending, to enhance their knowledge of and professional skills through interaction with colleagues and peers of different nationalities and backgrounds. By registering to present at the conference, presenters get access to three conferences: The International Academic Conference on Business (IACB), The International Conference on Education (ICE), and The International Conference on Technology in Education (ICTE). In order to present at the conference students and faculty must register online using the link provided, and submit a proposal for review. The submission process, requirements, registration, payment, hotel, and travel information can also be found using the link.
